Shipping and Return Policies


When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If Aussie Metal Clay USA should be out of stock, it will be clearly stated at the time of order.  Once we receive that stock, we will send to you within 3 business days.  Extraordinarily large orders may take a bit longer.

How do you ship?
Aussie Metal Clay USA is located in Massachusetts.  We use the United States Postal Service for shipping.  Our website will allow you to choose your shipping option at check out.  All  shipments will have a tracking number that we can provide to you.   
Rates to ship?
Depending on the shipping method, shipping will be charged based on weight or a flat rate.   The charge is based on weight (including product and packaging) and location.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Once your order ships, the order on our website is updated
with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into
your account
Aussie Metal Clay USA allows you to return product within 21 days of original purchase date.  
There will be no credit on the original shipping and handling.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
Product must be in original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
Product must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
Upon receipt of product, Aussie Metal Clay USA personnel will review and inspect to ensure no visible
damages, defects, or alterations. If any are found, we will notify you and you must decide if
said product needs to be shipped back to you (at your expense) or discarded. Written
authorization must be provided to discard.  
Credits/refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment at the time of order.  
Aussie Metal Clay USA reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to
authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied.
